Seniors Helping Seniors is hiring In-Home Caregivers! (Volusia, Flagler, and St. Johns Counties)
Looking for meaningful part-time work? Have you taken care of a family member or have a volunteer's heart?
Seniors Helping Seniors® match retired, active seniors with seniors who need help in order to remain living independently. We're seeking the best In-Home Caregivers in Volusia, Flagler, and St. Johns Counties. Openings in all 3 counties. No certifications required.
We offer flexible hours – you choose your schedule. Whether you want to work 4 hours a week or 40, we are here to support your retired life by giving you an opportunity to help other seniors while earning income and maintaining your lifestyle and hobbies.
Companionship, shopping, cooking a meal, pet care, minor housekeeping, or transporting a client, there are many ways you can help. Seniors Helping Seniors® thoughtfully pairs our employees with clients that share things in common such as former professions, hobbies, or upbringing to maximize social engagement. The relationship that forms is rewarding for everyone!
Qualifications:
- Mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and are personable. 40+ years old (helps with compatibility)
- Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client’s family
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours. Able-bodied is a must
- AHCA requires all caregivers to pass a background check. A fair amount of people knowingly or unknowingly are already cleared and we can easily help you check. If not, it's a simple process we'll walk you through
