Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Purchasing and Warehouse Manager facilitates and manages all supply chain operations, from ordering, to inventory, to fulfillment at Huntington Bank Stadium, 3M Arena at Mariucci Arena, Maturi Pavilion and other Athletic facilities at the University of Minnesota.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages a Warehouse of team of 3 supervisors, and 10 hourly employees
• Builds relationships and communicates effectively with DO, GM, Chef and Premium Manager
• Builds and facilitates relationships and leverages buying power with suppliers
• Manages weekly and month inventory
• Purchases alcohol, food, beverage, cleaning supplies, and compostable food service vessels
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of operation are adhered to.
• Completes invoice Reconciliation
• Systems used: Market Pro/Birch St., WinARCS (Aramark Proprietary), Kronos, Global Field Financial, Budget Tool

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or related operations

• Must have prior experience with direct reports including hiring, coaching, and developing talent.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Must have excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
