Senior Videographer

A Senior Videographer will be responsible for recording videos to use in branding content including social media, company websites, and advertisements. You will be responsible for the planning, filming, and editing of video material. You will work primarily at HQ, but will be expected to travel around the U.S. occasionally to get footage of our teams in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Media Director to develop a creative vision for the video aspects of our internal and external social channels
• Create high-quality videos that align with the company vision and brand
• Edit and refine footage using Adobe Creative Suite
• Produce both advertisements and creative projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional video creation and editing experience
• Extensive motion design experience
• Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (AfterEffects, Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator)
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Problem solving and process building experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior-level decision makers and customers, both verbal and written.
• Ability to create script breakdowns, shot lists, call sheets, etc
• Self-starter who will brainstorm and pitch video ideas to marketing team members as well as work independently with little direction when necessary
• Knowledge and experience in studio lighting, set design, and audio.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in photography, shooting and editing
• Drone experience
• Solar/Utility industry experience
• Knowledge of music culture and current trends
