Job Purpose
GCubed is seeking a qualified and skilled Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to support the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Agile Development Services.
This role will work with a team to provide administrative offices with small to medium scale applications written on the SharePoint platform or in Salesforce and maintained on the Salesforce Cloud services. The initiative aims to upgrade and improve overall management and automation of BEP’s applications that administratively support BEP’s Currency Production processes.
Essential Functions of the Job

• Work with other members of the Software Development team to craft and realize the vision of our technical roadmap
• Quickly add velocity to mission critical feature development across many teams in a healthy, sustainable way
• Champion a high standard of excellence in code quality and application architecture across our organization
• Provide excellent mentorship and training to accelerate the growth of engineers
• Represent the engineering organization across the company, and act as an ambassador to the overall tech community
• Coordinate with team members to help develop the organization’s holistic approach to software development and engineer growth
• Work with members of the Product, Design, and Delivery organizations to reduce friction and improve outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Data Architecture and Management Designer certification ?
• 5+ years supporting/implementing data-centric solutions
• 2 - 3 years Salesforce experience ?

Preferred Qualifications

• Storied experience with container-driven development environments
• Mastery in web application architecture, scalability, performance optimization, reliability, deployment, monitoring, security
• Mastery in a few of our core family of technologies: Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot, Docker, Azure (or other cloud)
• An excellent communicator, able to address gaps and opportunities with the greater team constructively
• Prefers to listen before speaking, and thrives on consensus-building and influencing without authority
• Self-motivates, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows through
