We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator, located anywhere in United States and able to work remotely.
How you will make a difference @ FARO

Extensive experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform using declarative platform-tools
-
Good knowledge of custom code capabilities (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning component) and low code features limitations

Experience grooming and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project

Knowledge of SOAP, REST API, SOQL & SOSL languages, Sandboxes, Visualforce and Platform event architecture

Experience in review business needs, recommending improvements, designing, and implementing solution from scratch.

Implement best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce platform
-
Understanding and applied Salesforce development best practices and governor limits
-
Proactive and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the client and deliver on project goals

Provide technical training/guidance to team members
-
Proficiency with HTML/CSS and Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Lightning Flows, Approval process, etc.

Working knowledge of the SDLC process, Agile Scrum Methodology, version control software
-
Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and how to integrate Apps via the AppExchange platform
-
Management of integrated applications such as PandaDoc and/or SaaSOptics
-
Good understanding of Salesforce technology & different platforms
-
Working as a translator and solution designer between business needs and Engineering/Development team for Salesforce requirements/implementations.

Knowledge of Experience, Pardot and Salesforce connector
This position requires

Demonstrated discipline, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to details.

Demonstrated ability to understand system capabilities and ability to find ways to improve system utilization.

Salesforce admin and platform certifications
-
Pardot, Sales or Service cloud certifications is a plus
