We’re looking for self-motivated and results-driven sales representatives to join our team and engage with our customers and prospective clients. Prior roofing sales experience is desired. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure success and earning potential for everyone on our team.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Complete roof inspections and present service agreements
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Outside door-to-door sales
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills a must.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to accept rejection; ability to be persistent and positive
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Self-motivated and driven
- Familiarity with latest roofing systems and technology
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

Compensation:
- Commission based
