Job Overview

In this role, you'll be focused on defining new payment packages and ensuring a seamless payment experience across all of our business lines. Some problems you'll solving for:

• We're a largely a subscription business - how might we have packages and promotions that align with the timing and needs of our users?
• We have multiple lines of products – how might we ensure it's easy to pay across our product lines.
• We're quickly developing new peer to peer payment use cases – how might we quickly test different use cases.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

• Ownership of everything from strategy to execution. You'll be the lead. This means defining what's the long-term vision and how we're going to quickly understand if there's a there there.
• Defining the business use cases for new packages. This means understanding everything from the customer problem to how it may tangibly impact core financial metrics.
• Digging into payment flows and all the tentacles that comes with payments.
• Leading an agile, cross-functional team during the entire lifecycle of product development.
• Working with stakeholders throughout the company to ensure a successful product launch.
• Define target metrics, measuring results and iterating based on learnings.

Required Skills

• 4+ years in product management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytically abilities – both in understand business metrics and digging into financial flows.
• Experience with developing experiences across device type (web and app).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and produce high-quality results.
• SQL a huge plus.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000. The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
