Senior Mason / Hardscape Labor & Crew Lead Job at The Garden Gate
CREW LEADER & LABOR POSITIONS AVAILABLE for The Garden Gate, a residential landscape installation company.
- Must have 5 years of experience running a 3 or 4-man crew.
- Read and understand blueprints.
- Be reliable, organized, and professional.
- Direct all crew activities.
- Install pavers, CMU block, and stone (driveways, patios, bbq islands, etc)
- Operate equipment if needed.
- Train crews.
Full-time position.
Must have a valid AZ driver's license, be capable of working outdoors throughout the year, and have reliable transportation.
$18 to $30 per hour depending on experience, plus performance pay. Full health insurance is paid after 60 days.
