Upon joining the team, a Senior Health System Advisor will be selected to a client engagement that could fall within any of our partner industries and service lines. Over time, HPSG advisors can transition across partners and service lines to develop a breadth of experience and expertise.

  • Identify, plan, and execute improvements throughout an organization, deliver successful results, and spread changes across the entire system.
  • Identify strengths and areas of opportunity and support partner development
  • Work alongside leaders to develop and execute a customized plan to achieve results.
  • Achieve sustained improvements
  • Take ownership of identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings to partner stakeholders
  • Deliver measurable and sustainable improvements in metrics such as employee engagement, patient experience, and support services and internal customer survey. Help strengthen and align leadership, transform processes, optimize leadership practices and build capabilities.
  • Onboarding of new practices, evaluation of existing practices, and improving system-wide efficiency to expand capacity.
  • Expected to develop firsthand knowledge of partners and their opportunities. Contribute to team discussions, analysis, and solutions that help deliver impact for the Partner.
  • Active role in internal Healthcare Plus Solutions Group initiatives and business development while taking on increasing levels of responsibility across their projects and activities.
Requirements:

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a minimum of 5 years coaching experience at the C-suite level
  • 10 years’ work experience within the healthcare industry
  • Experience in coaching leaders in large, dynamic, and complex environments with a deep expertise in leadership development and a focus on coaching for results
  • An empathetic, naturally curious and client-focused individual with unwavering ethics and integrity.
  • An exceptional motivational communicator both one-on-one with clients and within a dynamic team environment.
  • An inclusive collaborator with strong influence skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and across an organization.
  • A well-developed results-oriented philosophy and work ethic; the ability to “get things done”.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to recommend improvements on new products to management based on interactions with clients.
  • Flexible, responsive, and ability to work in a geographically dispersed environment.
  • Able to effectively thrive, quickly adapt to change, and navigate within a matrixed corporate environment.Experience working with proprietary customer-relations management systems (or something similar); Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to flex schedule to support the needs of our clients
