SUMMARY
The Sr. Director of Operations is responsible for evaluating, optimizing and documenting the company’s business processes using continuous improvement methodology and data to achieve operational efficiency and scalability, as well as driving alignment and consistency, standardization, and operational compliance across multiple Ingenovis brands
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implements operations processes to integrate new vendors, technologies and brand integrations
  • Initiates and partners in continuous improvement activities while reviewing trends and developing new strategies to protect and propel the business
  • Generates documentation of existing processes and improvements, and forecasts expected results of process changes
  • Establish internal audit for business process compliance and proactive detection of risk/financial exposure
  • Designs and develops written processes and procedures used across the brands including maintaining and updating field staff hiring forms and processes
  • Works closely with leadership to set and interpret work procedures and industry best practices while effectively communicating those policies, procedures and practices internally
  • Interacts with cross-functional leaders to ensure optimal service operations and performance occurs
  • Works closely with key leaders on policy and professional compliance best practices, and escalates systemic / strategic issues and recommendations
  • Designs, develops, deploys and maintains company forms and processes
  • Escalates potential areas of non-compliance/organizational risk or exposure without delays and inclusive of suggestions to mitigate risk and prevent additional situations
  • Develops company-wide communications and materials in partnership with Marketing for internal staff
  • Manages key operations vendor relationships
  • Develop capacity models using KPI targets, forecasts, time study results or other measurable data
  • Collaborates with Legal, HR, Product, and other departments to implement regulatory requirements and company requested changes
  • Performs additional duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Five (5) years in staffing operations required
  • Proven experience leading large-scale complex business initiatives
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience of five (5) or more direct reports preferred
  • Prior experience in a healthcare staffing environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare or related discipline preferred
  • Prior experience working in a multi-company or divisional organization required
  • Bullhorn design and implementation experience preferred
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certified preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Must have use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
  • Must have manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
  • Must be able to travel as needed

Compensation Range
$104,400.00 - $130,500.00
Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
