Description
Under the Leadership of the Director of Quality and Patient Safety, the Senior Data Specialist works effectively across all functional areas of the organization as well as with key business to define, develop and execute quality projects and programs. The Senior Data Specialist is responsible for the collaboration and coordination with the Medical Staff Office Administrative Manager for the development and monitoring of provider regulatory performance measures. Responsible for the oversight and implementation of STATIT, Quality-Net, Leapfrog, and MIDAS applications to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience Minimum Required
- 5 years' experience with software administration, design and development
- 5 years with Quality Improvement experience or analytical experience with excelExperience with SQL and data base architecture
- Experience Preferred/Desired
Performance Improvement experience, Analytical experience, Excel, SPC Software
- Education Minimum Required
- Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years IS program and logic development experience and matriculation towards Bachelor's Degree
- Education Preferred/Desired
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field
