Position Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Customer Implementation Manager to support Adaptive's mission-critical Electronic Medical Record (EMR) integration initiative. You will be responsible for managing EMR integration efforts at customer sites, in addition to serving as a domain expert in EMR systems and data interoperability for Adaptive. In that capacity, you will partner closely with Customers, Sales, and IT stakeholders to define workflows and integration solutions, survey implementation progress across projects, in addition to monitor post-implementation customer satisfaction, and success metrics.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with implementation team to design customer onboarding processes & playbooks
  • Manage customer relationships related to EMR integration
  • Works to improve tools and processes within the entire Technology group or with several cross functional teams
  • Leads multiple, highly complex projects requiring cross functional collaboration e.g. collaborate with the Adaptive sales & marketing teams to ensure campaign readiness
  • Establish KPIs and analyze metrics that inform the success of integrations
  • Coordinate with the implementation team to schedule implementations
  • Coordinate with the implementation team to complete support transition
  • Monitor customer success based on metrics to proactively engage additional support resources

Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Other)

Required

  • Bachelors + 12 years of related experience, or
  • Masters + 10 years of related experience
  • 3+ year experience driving an EMR integration customer implementation program
  • Extensive Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and LIS interconnectivity
  • Demonstratable experience building relationships with clinical health professionals.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both physicians, and IT professionals.
  • Experience with solving highly complex problems and is able to identify viable and often innovative options
  • Uses analytical skills and judgment to recommend an appropriate solution

Preferred

  • Experience working in/with oncology departments and/or community oncology organizations.

Compensation

Salary Range: $126,200 - $189,200

Other compensation elements include:

  • equity grant
  • bonus eligible
