DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Completes store calls with focus on special projects, top volume and high profile stores
  • Provides real time information on assigned stores by utilizing a tablet device to respond to surveys and file reports from the field
  • Conducts inventories and works with management to adjust discrepancies
  • Manages demo software in assigned territory
  • Builds relationships and maintains communication with store personnel and store management
  • Maintains display parts and POP inventory
  • Sets up and maintains displays and display cases
  • Restocks product from store inventory to shelves
  • May assist with reset of large planograms
  • Cleans and repairs displays
  • Distributes POP items
  • Utilizes selling techniques and knowledge of Nintendo products to aid customers with purchasing decisions
  • Provides product demonstrations and education to store personnel, both individual and group presentations during store calls, weekend demonstrations and outside opportunities
  • Gathers and provides to NMI management insights from the field, to include both written information and digital photographs
  • Assists in field training of new Retail Reps and additional training for tenured reps as needed.
  • Provides essential information to management team
  • May prepare and/or make presentations at account meetings and participate in special demonstrations and events
  • Participates in monthly conference calls and product training calls as scheduled

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Three or more years of related retail experience
  • NMI experience preferred
  • Possess good basic math skills
  • Accurate counting skills
  • Ability to use a computer and digital camera
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; i.e. Excel, Outlook
  • Thorough understanding of merchandising practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to interact with others
  • Ability to work in an environment with moderate levels of stress
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift heavy loads (up to 30 pounds)
  • Overtime periods, weekend and holiday work including weekend events
  • Extensive local travel
  • Overnight travel
  • Valid driver license
  • Good driving record
  • Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
  • Must have access to a cell phone, telephone line (optional), high speed internet, and adequate storage space

This position includes a base pay range of $23.87 - $35.81 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
