Your Mission

As Senior Analyst Supply Chain, your overall mission will be to provide analytical tools, metrics, and analyses that measure the progress and service levels of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing. You will use your advanced query and systems expertise across multiple operational and analytical systems to perform analyses to report on opportunities for performance improvement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives with business users and analysts to develop reporting on supply chain, manufacturing, and service metrics relating to manufacturing and Rx order management
• Design and execute database queries in various systems including SAP, LMS, BusinessObjects and other reporting databases to capture required data
• Summarize the results of queries in a common format
• Maintain accuracy and frequency of the reports with Supply Chain and Manufacturing leaders
• Establish processes for ongoing daily / weekly / monthly distribution of reports; regularly publish the reports
• Build and maintain metrics databases allowing for trend reporting
• Monitor the effectiveness of the reports and coordinate improvements as required
• Analyze operations for improvement opportunities
• Contact and establish effective relationships with various sources of data within EssilorLuxottica retail, wholesale and Ecommerce

Your Qualifications

To qualify for the role of Senior Analyst Supply Chain, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We may also consider outstanding new graduates with an internship or similar experience.
• Expertise in database query tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, SAW BW/BI, LMS/SLNR)
• Expertise in data analysis and presentation tools such as Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint
