Senior Affordable Housing Compliance Officer Job at EVU Residential
We are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance team. As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and have excellent communication skills.
The Senior Compliance Specialist role requires significant interaction with our managers. 3 – 5 years HUD/LIHTC experience is required. The candidate must have knowledge of the following programs: HCV, LIHTC, EIV and Project Based Section 8.
Must have strong verbal and written skills to coordinate and interact with local state agencies. Responsible for processing Special Claims, Repayment Agreements and running all Monthly/Quarterly EIV Reports. Prepare weekly and monthly reports as instructed by supervisor. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Education Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Experience Requirements: Experience in affordable housing with recertification experience required
