A Self Storage Facility in Reno, NV is looking for a motivated and dependable person to fill a Part-Time Self-Storage Maintenance position. This is a 24 hours per week position. Storage experience preferred, but not required. Flexible schedule.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

- Basic maintenance experience

- Ability to work outdoors

- Attention to detail

Primary responsibilities include being able to work both inside and outside doing maintenance work (i.e. cleaning of units, picking up trash and debris, sweeping hallways and grounds, repair issues, working on doors, painting, etc.). Contacting vendors, scheduling advanced repairs, and making recommendations to the corporate office on capital improvement needs will be a part of the normal scope of work duties.

Our ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with the public. Possess good time management skills and have the ability to solve problems in a courteous and timely manner. Must have knowledge of computers, sales, communicate well on the phone, and enjoy working with people. Ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Must be able to pass a complete background check, have a valid U.S. Driver's License and a bank account for payroll direct deposit. Starting hourly pay begins at $19.00 an hour with the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions monthly.
