Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space
  • 3 years of experience in program management or project management
  • 3 years of experience managing and developing a team


Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA Degree
  • Knowledge of product and solution in market trends in cybersecurity and Cloud, with the ability to use key metrics to analyze, predict, and react to business trends
  • Ability to build continuous relationships, selling to C-level executives across security and IT business units
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity with attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written communication, presentation, and listening skills

Salary Range Info:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a positive and high-performing Security specialist renewal team and team culture, with a focus on meeting or exceeding quarterly goals
  • Drive renewals to close, handle customer inquiries and resolve issues prior to contract expiration, lead program management, and coordinate with internal groups as needed to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to drive renewals effectively
  • Build and optimize processes, lead the team, hire new team members, and adopt new tools and methodologies
  • Represent Google Cloud Security in forecasts and team meetings. Serve as stakeholder to Cloud leads, reporting current, accurate, and timely forecasting in Salesforce and other tools
