Three Village, a luxury East-side condo community has an immediate opening for a full-time Security Officer on 3rd shift (11 pm - 7 am). Candidate must be flexible and available on weekends. Duties may include, but are not limited to, providing protection of life and property, patrols of the buildings and grounds, screening vehicles at gatehouse and providing services to the residents as requested or needed. Benefits are offered upon successful completion of a 90 day probationary period and include: Paid Time Off, Health Care Benefits, and a Retirement Savings Program.
Skills and Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or equiv.
- 5 years security work experience
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- AED/CPR/First Aid Certification (or receive within 6 months of hire)
- Clean criminal/drug screening
- Preference given to military and criminal justice background
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
