Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for ALL highly driven, self-motivated individuals looking for competitive pay as a residential seasonal delivery driver!

What You Will Be Doing

• Safely complete pickup & delivery routes to local residences and businesses, while driving a BOX TRUCK!
• Arrive at local Fed-Ex station to pick up vehicle and packages
• Follow GPS software to navigate to each stop
• Maneuver in and out of the van multiple times per day to load and unload packages
• Uphold top-notch customer service when dealing with customers
• Use trained procedures and scanning practices to meet FXG performance metrics
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity; treating all co-workers, station personnel, company provided equipment, and packages with respect
• Clean, sanitize and complete pre & post trip inspections on vehicles & report any issues
• Be an extra contingency resource in the event of call-outs, short staff, peak season, etc.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• MUST have a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) and background! NO violent misdemeanors and/or felonies. We go back 10 years!
• Have a minimum of one (1) Year of verifiable work-related driving experience within the last three (3) years
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license
• Have reliable transportation in order to be on time and ready to work each work day
• Can pass a DOT physical & drug test (includes marijuana) Paid for by the company!
• Be able to work in all types of weather
• Ability to follow directions and turn-by-turn maps
• Work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs. and packages up to 150 lbs. with the help of a dolly!
• Handle routing software and scanners

COVID-19 considerations:
All driver vehicles are sanitized daily before each use. In addition, multiple sanitizing stations are conveniently located throughout the Hub, and masks are available for all drivers who come in contact with customers.
