Responsibilities:
Help an individual with disabilities succeed at a job. Spend time at job sites-such as retail stores and hotels-supporting individuals with disabilities. Help develop their career skills, and work with job site managers to ensure the employee and employer both benefit from the relationship.
- High School Diploma/GED and 18 years of age or older (17 yrs old acceptable with limited responsibilities.)
- Valid driver’s license
Due to the nature of this position, hours must remain flexible and are assigned by a Manager in accordance with program operational needs. Must work a minimum of 100 hours per year to maintain employment. If unable to work a minimum of 100 hours per year, must obtain supervisor’s approval to remain active.
