Procare Therapy is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a contract position in Waltham, MA. As a School Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify academic and behavioral needs of students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to provide effective support for students
- Maintain accurate and timely records of assessment results, progress reports, and other related documentation
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
- Active state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
