SCHEDULING MANAGER

Overview

Meters Scheduling Manager will oversee meters work order process for aportfolio based on an assigned geographical region. The Scheduling and Logistics will act as lead Meters Point-of-Contact for Property and Regional Contacts as well as Field Technicians (both in-house andsubcontractors) for all work orders in their region.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary scheduler in specific geographic region
• Responsible for the entire work order process for maintenance properties in the assigned region. Responsible for scheduling work orders for non-maintenance properties in assigned region
• Responsible for managing the Technician resources in their specific area.Works directly with Techniciansand Subcontractors to organize work from Conservice (work orders and Installs)
• Maintains a "Route" which lists all Gold Maintenance sites within their designated areas that need to bevisited each quarter. Responsible for ensuring all Gold properties are visited each quarter
• Responsible for scheduling all Revenue work orders and Construction work in a timely manner and following upwith respective team members involved daily
• Responsible for efficiency in scheduling. Will map out the most efficient routes each quarter and workwith internal and external resources to adjust as needed and ensure all work is completed in an efficient manner
• The Meters Scheduler will develop a relationship with the technical resources and know work habits, skilllevel, vacation schedule, traffic patterns, etc., to ensure the best possible scheduling results
• The Meters Scheduler will be clientfacing and will be their individual scheduling each work order with the site.They will develop a relationship with the site staff so that they are familiar with the site staff, resources,work hours, work constraints, challenges (such as plumbing issues or escort issues) and beable to plan in advance to accommodate clients and ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently.
• The Meters Scheduler will proactively follow up with Revenue and Gold team members to request work ordersas needed, to meet scheduling efficiency goals and escalate to TL's as needed if work orders are delayed
• The Meter Scheduler will be responsible for following up to the sites regarding delayed schedulingconfirmations or work orders needed and will escalate to Meters Account Managers as needed
• The Meters Scheduler will review each work order and follow up with the technician and warehouse to ensure allequipment is on hand and ready for the upcoming work

Qualifications

• Proven record of exceptional communication, time management, and ownership/accountability

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
