CustomCARE is a licensed home care agency and one of the larger PCA agencies in Minnesota headquartered in Edina. CustomCARE employs about 400 Caregivers and Nurses serving primarily the Medical Assistance market for about 600 clients in the greater Metro Area. We are looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator/Staffer to add to our management team of twelve to interview and schedule CNAs, PCAs, and Nurses for our cases. It is important that that this individual is a team player and be a highly organized self-starter that can juggle many tasks at once with the support of our fun office team. We pride ourselves in being able to serve many languages and cultural groups including Russian, Hmong, Chinese, and Somali.

Our ideal Scheduling Coordinator/Manager will be enthusiastic about working with a wide variety of clients across the medical and mental health spectrum and comfortable working in a smaller, busy office environment and comfortable being on the phone a lot, interviewing and supervising field staff and scheduling them with clients. Any experience with human resource functions a huge plus, but more important than anything else, this person must be a genuine, caring individual and believe in our mission to help people stay independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

· At least 2 years staffing experience.

· Fluency in a second language a plus.

· A College Degree a plus.

· Knowledge in Home Health Care a plus.

· Good communication skills and phone etiquette

· Human Resource skills a plus

· Excellent computer skills such as familiarity with Excel.

· Ability to professionally interact with clients and manage field staff

· Comfortable spending a majority of the day on the phone with clients and field staff
