Maintain staffing duties associated with home health aides and nursing staff as required.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Scheduling staff hours

  • Contact home health aides and nursing staff according to assignment
  • Confirm home health aide hours with consumer or their responsible party

Recordkeeping

  • Maintain schedule in computer system with updates as they occur
  • Document all calls received from the consumer and employees
  • Maintain hospital log
  • Daily report with nursing staff
  • All cases are to be verified with the ADON prior to assignment

Other Duties

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Attend required training sessions or meetings
  • Any of duties as required by administration
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience or will train in the schedule field
  • Must be capable of functioning in the clerical and receptionist role as needed
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have basic computer knowledge
