RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares automotive documents for scanning
• Scans documents into software
• Records scans and document numbers
• Also may assist in general office duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with record conversion systems a plus
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Must be able to adhere to confidentiality rules
• Must be able to work independently
• Possess the ability to prioritize work and use time efficiently
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license
