Position: Line/Prep Cook
Reports to: General Manager
Location: Omaha
Compensation: Hourly
Best Bison is a fast-casual restaurant concept that specializes in serving a classic American menu of premium bison that is absolutely delicious. Best Bison serves juicy bison burgers, bowls and salads. With an extreme focus on Quality, Service, Customer Experience, and Value, Best Bison is creating a better fast food revolution. Primary Responsibilities
- Understand and execute menu items
- Provide order accuracy, speed of service (ticket times), high quality food and food presentation
- Maintain full knowledge of the Best Bison brand and menu

- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 – 3 years restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Regular and timely attendance is required
- Maintain good hygiene and abide by the Best Bison uniform policy
- Ability to lift to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work extended and/or off-shift hours as needed
- Communicate in a professional manner with all staff
- Understand and to follow company procedures, policies and directions
