At Oktana, you will join a global team of 350+ technologists to lead the development of custom applications, configurations and integrations to support customer business logic using a range of Salesforce products, including Heroku and MuleSoft. We work heavily with the Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
This is a remote role and you will collaborate heavily with team members located globally.
You have:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding SFDC features with a focus on CPQ.
- A thorough knowledge of setting up products, pricing rules, products rules, etc. in Salesforce CPQ.
- Penchant for detail and excellent written communication skills.
You will:
- Manage the internal Salesforce instance's daily support and maintenance, and carry out long-term improvement activities to support Oktana’s business needs.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to Oktana and customers on Salesforce and CPQ best practices.
- Configure and deploy required to support current and new projects.
- Convert business requirements into system functionality requirements.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of concepts related to technical integrations
- Experience working in an Agile and iterative environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and knowledge of best practices related to Salesforce projects
- One or more current Salesforce certificates (Admin, Consultant certifications, etc)
