Overview
The SBA Sales Support Specialist (remote opportunity) will support SBA Loan Officers in the sales and closing of SBA loan requests. Accurately prepare and process loan submissions, loan approvals, loan closing documents and clear loan documentation deficiencies. The SBA Specialist will work with both internal and external partners to efficiently expedite the SBA loan process and deliver a smooth client experience.

Accurately prepare and process loan submissions, loan approvals, loan closing documents and clear loan documentation deficiencies. The SBA Specialist will work with both internal and external partners to efficiently expedite the SBA loan process and deliver a smooth client experience.
Responsibilities
- Service & Support - Uncovers sales opportunities through analysis, reporting, and daily support operations. Works directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiries. Determines target needs and provides resolution.
- Documentation - Prepares documentation presented to clients. This may include proposals, service agreements, and implementation forms.
- Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets financial data.
- Product Specialist - Provides knowledge in area of work. Assists in process troubleshooting for both internal and external parties.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other office support systems and programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively while managing expectations
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of legal loan documentation requirements including title, escrow and UCC processes
- Knowledge of commercial loan systems
- Strong client service skills
