Job Qualifications

As the Clarion Security Business Development Manager – Dallas / Fort Worth your main responsibilities revolve around the ability to network, generate an expansive pipeline of prospects, build relationships with clients, and persuade others to purchase our unique security solutions. Your primary method of communication will be via telephone, email, and face to face. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including to:

• 
  Contacting prospects to set up meetings for the current and following week.
• Focusing on competitive takeaways while also reviewing incoming RFP opportunities.
• Partnering with company leadership and operations team to create meaningful solutions for prospects.
• Building proposals that respond to the client’s needs through Clarion’s unique solutions.
• Working with HR and Ops Leadership to identify new leads and game plan market strategy.
• Conducting fact-finding meetings to understand the client’s current program, desired outcomes, and Clarion’s solutions of experience, technology, customer service delivery, and superior processes.
• Tracking all engagement information in our CRM platform to provide maximum visibility while improving your approach over time.

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 salary +

Commission: 1% - 3% of revenue
