Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator provides sales and marketing support to the department through a variety of related responsibilities. The position requires an ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines, good judgment, dependability, and a professional, supportive attitude.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Department with quote and order processing with complete and accurate information
  • Resolve order review questions with dealers and customers
  • Maintain tradeshow calendar and coordinate logistics of tradeshows by partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Support, develop and implement PR and social media campaigns. Collaborate with marketing team to create and track social media content calendar. Including writing and submitting proposed social media content to management for approval
  • Track and complete all State Licensing – Manufacturing Licenses, Secretary of State, Product Licenses
  • Track and process supplier extended warranty purchases
  • Assist in development of sales correspondence
  • Establish and maintain competitor/supplier information files
  • Fulfill assigned tasks & complete special projects as directed by management


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills and ability to interact with people at all organizational levels
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and an ability to prioritize
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to client inquiries by using existing knowledge, skills and resources.


Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in a project-based manufacturing business desirable


Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times


Work Environment/Conditions:

  • Office environment with occasional requirement to interact with colleagues on the manufacturing shop floor
