Position Summary: Under the general direction of the COO, manage and lead the activities of the local Inside Sales team, onsite and remote. This is an onsite position located in the Scotts Valley headquarters.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the local Sales Representative team to promote and sell Threshold’s manufactured brands to retail accounts. Implement all distribution and merchandising objectives including new items.
  • Inspire, motivate and lead results-driven teams within the Sales organization, including Customer Service, Sales Support and Sales Training.
  • Collaborate with other departments and management personnel in order to increase communications that lead to overall company growth and success.
  • Analyze Sales trends (including competition), statistics, and market analysis in each geographic territory to determine customer needs.
  • Promote continuous relationship building and partnering for maximum account growth with the Regional Sales Managers.
  • Create and develop key account strategies, working collaboratively with the COO and Regional Sales Managers to expand our presence within the national and regional chains.
  • Fully understand and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.


Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business. Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-10 years sales management experience in the Natural Foods or CPG industry.
  • Proven experience as a motivational sales leader.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
