Qualified Candidates:
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- 2+ years in a sales position
- Review contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Help families with compassion and escalate to the cemetery sales manager as appropriate
- Follow sales initiatives and work with fellow team members to achieve goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Sales counselors receive an hourly pay and when meeting sales goals, counselors are expected to earn between $60,000.00-$100,000 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with weekend rotations
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay in conjunction with hourly pay
License/Certification:
- Clean background to obtain cemetery sales license (OH)
