Looking for an experienced insulation sales/estimator to estimate and sell Commercial, Multi-Family, Mixed Use Facilities, Industrial, Office, Schools and Retail for Bristol, PA market and its surrounding areas.

Here is glimpse of what you will do:

• Actively pursue General Contractors and other current and/or potential clients promoting our services.
• Participates in bidding, pre-construction services, budgeting and project planning for construction projects that range in size and scope into the millions of dollars.
• Obtains material and equipment bids from vendors negotiating price.
• Recognizes on-site activities impeding progress or jeopardizing project requirements.
• Reviews estimates to ensure accuracy for equipment costs, tasks, and pricing
• Reviews detailed quote submittals on all scopes of work for client presentation
• Assists and approves agreements & contracts involved in the sales process
• Develops the project schedule and directs its long term planning and execution.
• Participates in Job Pre-Cons and local job kickoffs.
• Communicates/coordinates schedule & plan the work to be done
• Maintains strict control of the project budget for each work activity.
• Prepares, quotes and negotiates change orders with client.

Here is some of what you will need (required):

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction
• Must be a min of 18 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License.
• Clear Pre hire: background check and drug screen.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
