Avvio is looking for friendly, self motivated individuals with high integrity. We are looking for a individuals who are coachable and ready to learn and expand their talents.
Objectives:
· Educate prospects about the benefits of going solar and raising OG&E utility rates
· Become a solar knowledge expert overtime
· Set follow-up appointments with Sales Consultants (closers)
· Help customers lower their current energy bill
Qualifications:
· IN PERSON is a must because it’s the best!
· Ability to build rapport
· Positive Go-getter attitude
· Detail-oriented
· Coachable
· Come hungry to grow your career
· Previous sales experience/customer service is a plus
· Be self-accountable for meeting company and individual goals.
· Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
· Effective communication and follow-up with the team!

Pay: $33,336.05 - $124,354.46 per year
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
