- Interact with and engage customers with knowledge of brands and products.
- Actively pursue and achieve team and individual sales goals in the Tasting Room.
- Stock sales displays and wine inventories.
- Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and complete guest orders.
- Maintain Tasting Room and surrounding areas to be presentable to guests.
- Host guest tours.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work well in a fast pace team environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage high levels of stress.
- Passionate about wine and the wine/food lifestyle.
- Must possess an Oregon Server Permit.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in the food, beverage, or hospitality industries is required.
- Previous wine experience is a plus.
This position starts at $18 an hour plus tips and commissions.
