As an Orangetheory Fitness Sales Associate you will be part of a high energy, enthusiastic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis. You will participate in the operation and success of a fast-paced fitness studio, and build relationships with OTF members and the community in order to help maintain and build member base. You will also be responsible providing our members with a best in class customer experience.
Here's more of what the position entails:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent customer service skills. Minimum 1 year experience in sales preferred. Solid verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully performed duties. Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred. High school diploma required. Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills. Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed. Must be willing to work very early mornings such as early as 4:30 AM, nights, and mornings on weekends.
