Responsible for taking on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing agreements. Executes our sales presentation to customers and upholds the culture and standards of our Company. Constantly strives to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Prior experience as sales associate, customer service, retail associate, home furnishings, furniture, electronics, appliances, retail sales specialist or other rent to own experience is highly desirable.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
  • Delivers excellent customer service to ensure ongoing sales and high level of customer satisfaction
  • Works with customers in-store and over the phone to determine their needs and then recommend the right product(s) to meet those needs
  • Review company marketing materials and available training resources regularly to stay up to date on product features
  • Ensures that accurate customer record(s) are entered and maintained in the store’s computer system
  • Completes quality control calls on all new lease agreements personally facilitated within 1 business day
  • Handles customer service opportunities and reviews with management in an effective manner
  • Files and maintains accurate and complete customer folders and records
  • Answers incoming telephone calls using the call scripts to either assist the caller or route them to appropriate person
  • Assists in the maintenance of the showroom through cleaning, organizing, merchandising and pricing, as directed by management
  • Confirms customer identification, collects payments, and obtains customer signature on lease agreement
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
Position requires
  • Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 pounds
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required for daily customer contact

Pre-employment
