The Safety Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the Safety Department. This position consists of a variety of clerical duties and requires multi-tasking with an emphasis on accuracy and detail.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Lease Purchase/Owner Operator administrative tasks.
• Oversee monthly safety incentive program.
• Process driver terminations in all applicable systems.
• Manage CSA, roadside inspection and tolling processes.
• Support Safety and Buildings/Grounds administrative duties.
• Serve as primary backup to title clerk.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience: 1-2 years of related experience

Education: A high school diploma or GED required.

• Excellent & effective written, listening, verbal and organizational skills
• Strong time management skills; ability to plan, organize & prioritize workload based on company objectives
• Highly detail oriented & results driven
• Achieve or exceed all performance based goals & deadlines with minimal reminders
• Strong work ethic; adaptable, flexible & high tolerance for ambiguity
• Embraces new responsibilities & challenges; seeks additional tasks and broadens knowledge and abilities
• Excellent & effective interpersonal and communication skills; professional & approachable presence, empathetic; must be able to build successful relationships & communicate effectively with all levels of company personnel, vendors, contractors and customers
• Proficient computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office, company specific software/programs, etc.) & ability to quickly learn computer based applications
