ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Traveling throughout an assigned route and services assigned customers.
• Maintaining customer relationships and route.
• Responsible to grow customer sales and increase route sales.
• Completes credit invoices and other documents on a timely basis.
• Manages accounts receivables and responsible assist in collections of accounts.
• Deliver, rotate and retrieve batteries on assigned route.
• Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• At least two (2) years of experience as a driver in a commercial vehicle
• Route service experience preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a commercial driver’s license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company products/codes and terminology
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgment relative to inventory
• Overnight travel may be required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

PREFERENCES:

• Basic computer experience
