Registered Nurse RN - $20,000 Sign-on
Nealy Pierce has been retained by a Level III Trauma Center to assist in the recruitment of a permanent, full-time Registered Nurse RN for their Operating Room. This Hospital is an award-winning, non-profit, community hospital with an 8-suite OR. This is an opportunity for an RN to come into a community-focused hospital with Magnet principles and evidenced-based practices and work with some of the top professionals in healthcare. We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about patient care and quality above all else and wants to be well supported by the organization.
Hospital:
- Non-profit Level III Trauma Center
- State-of-the-Art Facility and equipment throughout
- Brand new OR Suites with a very busy OR
- Diverse caseload including General, Ortho, OBGYN, Robotics, Urology, ENT and Podiatry
- Mako and DaVinci XI Robots
- Opportunity to train into RNFA
- Day Shift positions (5-8's or 4-10's available)
- Very low call rate
- Great relationship between staff and leadership
- Annual bonuses for staff
Registered Nurse RN Benefits:

Registered Nurse RN Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors in Nursing
- Ability to obtain an OR RN license
- 1+ years of main OR experience as an RN preferred
