Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Ocala is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) with prior Nurse Educator, Clinical Education and/or Staff Development and/or Risk Management experience? As a Nurse Educator/Risk Manager at Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Ocala, you will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding and training of new hires and ongoing professional development of staff, ensuring the center complies with regulatory credentialing and educational requirements.

NURSE EDUCATOR/ RISK MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of Florida required.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience in the health care field in a leadership, teaching, training, or learning and development required.
- Previous Risk Manager experience preferred.
- Prior LTC or SNF nursing experience preferred.
- Infection Prevention and Control Officer Certification required or must be willing to complete IPCO training and certification within 5 days from date of hire.
