Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

• T-Mobile Nokia Experience must
• Skilled expertise needed in RF Performance.
• Strong Nokia performance experience.
• 5G/4G parameter experience.
• Knowledge on different layer management parameters (A5thresholds, A1A2searchthresholds, priorities, load balancing) to optimize each LTE layer in distributing traffic according to market guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with detailed troubleshooting of SINR and CQI and RSSI.
• Experience with optimizing KPIS like Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, and Throughput for different layers.
• Need good problem-solving skills.
• Need good Team and Time management skills.
• Need excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills with client.
• Need excellent leadership skills in delivering milestones to client.

· Design experience is a plus.

· RF network performance optimization covering field & KPI optimization using parameter tuning.

· Day to day customer interaction on planning & execution of new site rollout/testing & acceptance

· To gather the planning inputs from different customer teams to prepare CIQ/config files for gNB

· Support in the testing of new products & features

· Troubleshooting of RF & software/hardware related issues affecting performance.

· Report generation of KPIs from drive test tool, post processing tool & EMS/OSS.

· Perform parameter audit and recommendations on a need basis to improve the performance.

· Build excel macro, scripts or other automated tools/means to minimize the KPI analysis, log analysis & KPI reporting.

· Detailed analysis of UE & eNB/gNB logs. Follow up with remote engineering & Level 3 support teams for the issue resolution. Provide RCA to the customer.

· Coordination with drive test teams on planned test cases, execution procedure, log collection etc

· Prepare different types of SCFT, optimization, acceptance reports & get the sign off from customer.

· To continuously monitor, update & close defects raised by customer on ticketing tool like JIRA

· To operate in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job.

· Knowledge sharing within the team/organisation.

· Technical support to customers, sub-contractors and other internal teams.

Experience / Skillset Required:

· T-Mobile Experience must

· 7-10 years’ experience in RF Planning, Optimization & Performance Management of 4G/5G Networks (Minimum 3 Years of 4G RF Optimization is must. Minimum 1 year of 5G RF Optimization is an added advantage).

· Understanding of 4G/5G RAN technology & deployment models

· Understanding of wireless technologies like NR, LTE, LTE-A, WCDMA, mMIMO

· Understanding of 3GPP standards covering procedures, call flows, KPI, statistics etc.,

· Experience in mobility layer management strategy & key 4G/5G features like Power control, scheduler, VoLTE, SRVCC, CA, UL CoMP,VoNR is added advantage

Job Type: Contract

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
