Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Responsibilities:
- Identify root cause of nonconformance and communicate findings to the production line.
- Participate in quality and efficiency improvement activities.
- Complete all assignments according to development schedules, cost objectives and management directions.
- Assure confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, costing, test data, prototype models, and product plans.
- Identify new products and features that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and keep the production line at the forefront of the industry.
- Participate in and encourage the highest level of quality, efficiency and professionalism from co-workers.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and encourage their efforts.
- Disassemble and assemble engines without damaging or losing components.
- Ride and evaluate ATV’s and ROV’s.
- Maintain work area clean and orderly.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required, 2 year technical or industry related degree preferred
- Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required
- ASE certification a plus, ability to interpret blueprints
