GENERAL DUTIES:
Perform routine maintenance and groundskeeping duties. Assist other
maintenance personnel in the completion of work orders and assignments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Hold a valid Oregon driver’s license
