We’re looking for an amazing Revenue Management professional to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. You’ll be responsible for building, auditing, and maintaining various areas of POLAR reservations system including voyages and all voyage components, system files, fare tables, pay/penalty records, important notifications, TF&PE, promotions and all promotion components, air tables, air discounts, TDEFs, agencies and all agency components.

Responsibilities

• Build and audit voyage, promotion, and agency data in POLAR to support product load, major sales initiatives, and general maintenance.
• Maintain the shared promotional inbox by reviewing, building, and auditing action plans and properly retaining proofs.
• Maintain the shared agency inbox by processing requests, responding to inquiries, and properly retaining proofs.
• Maintain shared documents, reference materials, and user guides.
• Utilize Power BI reporting to perform light analysis of relevant POLAR data.
• Work on special projects as assigned by Lead or Manager
• Perform systems testing for bug fixes and new functionality
• Service inbound calls from travel advisors and call center agents
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months reservations experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written oral and communications skills
• Ability to work well with individuals at all skill levels
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and complete work within time constraints
• Work beyond normal business hours or on weekends may be required occasionally to support business needs, projects or operations

• Salary Range template: • Base Salary Range: $ 32,313.60 to $ 43,564.80 . The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
