Applicant must have common knowledge on smoke shops, smoke products, electronic vapes, glass, etc. or must be willing to learn quickly.

Applicant must have experience in retail or customer service. Responsibilities include working with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our variety of products and recommend the best items for their needs.

Applicant must be friendly and get along well with others in a team.

As we are a new shop, new pieces come in monthly. Applicant must be ready to learn, take photos, videos, etc. as we are building our brand on social medias like Instagram.

Sales Associate Roles

• Customer service
• Daily Cleaning/Counting
• Sales and Promotions

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions
• Promote upcoming sales
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Maintain proper stock levels via communication with our ordering managers
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Upsell products
• Opening and closing of the storefront
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Suggest ways to improve sales
• Photos, Videos

Requirements

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Basic Cash Handling and Math skills
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
