Results and Relationships. What you can expect:
You need the money to pay your bills, but if working there (the relationship) stinks, you won't stick around. A great relationship starts with being treated like a professional. Working here means:
Full-timers have a consistent schedule, with consecutive days off. We can't promise that your schedule will never change. We believe that you should schedule doctor appointments and other life activities months in advance with confidence.
You will know your schedule two weeks in advance.
When we make a schedule, we like to stick to it! No calling in to see if you are needed. No being forced to go home in the middle of a shift because there are not enough customers in the store. We expect you to step up when it is busy, so we step up when it is not.

That sounds like a great culture… but, I cannot pay my bills with unicorns and rainbows. We agree, which is why we have:
Competitive Pay Range (Starting range: $12 for minors, $13-$14 for part time, $15-16 for full time, $17 for full time with Ace or other relevant trade experience
PTO- Vacation & Sick Days
Bonus - paid twice yearly

  • Pay rates effective after completion of training and are subject to change

You might have to wait a bit, but we make every effort to interview candidates when they come in (this doesn't apply during peak hours on the weekends). Customer service is always our priority.
