Walthall Oil Company is a family owned business established in 1952 with over 120 employees and 6 retail locations expanding from Macon, Bolingbroke and Jeffersonville Georgia. We are currently seeking a Retail Store Manager for our location in Jeffersonville, Georgia. Applicant must possess computer skills and experience using Excel, email and back office accounting software. The job will require regular trips to our home office in Macon to deliver store reports. The employee will receive travel expense reimbursement.
This management position requires at least five years of c-store management at a large format store. Applicant must have completed a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities include:
Management of the entire store operation
Supervise and train employees
Operate Gilbarco Passport and Lottery
Inventory Control
Stock Coolers and shelves as well as create grocery orders
Receive deliveries
Create work schedules and approve payroll
Perform routine maintenance
Ensure store is clean and well maintained
Reconcile paperwork and complete management reports
