Adirondack Cotton/ My Lake Boutique, is upscale clothing boutique located in the heart of Bolton Landing, New York. We a friendly boutique with excellent customer service featuring high-end brands, such as Lilly Pulitzer.
We are looking for an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing customer service, and managing staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail industry, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer service standards. Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to achieve maximum performance.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Monitor customer service and ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that all store merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
