Brothers Bar & Grill, South Bend, IN has an immediate opening for a full-time, Assistant Manager. Assistant Managers work with the General Manager in all aspects of the of bar & grill operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory controls, labor management and ensuring fantastic guest experiences. This is great opportunity to join a growing company with locations in 10 states and gain experiences using best in industry software platforms!
Salary: $48,000 - $50,000/year
Requirements:- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous bartending and/or serving experiences
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Highly motivated for success
- Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
- Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company, currently located in 10 states
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
